What autocorrect feature tells me I have a "word choice error"

I write legal descriptions and thought I had all the autocorrect options
turned off since they do not help me. Today I have a legal with the phrase
"said point" when I run spell check I get an "Possible word choice error"
EVERY time I use this legal description. How do I turn this OFF.

It isn't autocorrect, it's the grammar checker.

In Word 2003 or earlier, go to Tools > Options > Spelling & Grammar;
in Word 2007, go to Office button > Word Options > Proofing. Either
way, uncheck the boxes for "Check grammar as you type" and "Check
grammar with spelling".
 
Did that. (Or, more precisely, had already done that.) It didn't work. Word
still insists on flagging a "possible word choice error" every time I use a
common legal word. Extremely annoying.
 
If it's Word 2007, try unchecking "Use contextual spelling". (That
feature doesn't exist in Word 2003.)
