What are these telling me?

When I boot up, I get some popup messages at startup that I don't
understand:

- "The feature you are trying to use is on a CD-ROM or other removable
disk that is not available. Insert the 'TrayApp' disk and click OK."
(It also has a pulldown for 'Use Source.')

- I cancel this, and get another popup: "An installation package for
the product TrayApp cannot be found. Try the installation again using a
valid copy of the installation package 'TrayApp.msi."

I OK out of this, and the whole thing repeats a couple of times.

It's more of an inconvenience than anything else, because I eventually
get rid of these and the startup process goes all the way through
anyway. But the name 'TrayApp' means nothing to me.

But what is this telling me, and what should I do?

If you have an HP printer, use the CD that came with the printer.

Alias' answer sounds right, it is looking for something that isn't there
and then is asking you to install it.

Since it refers to the CD it probably isn't malware, but something you
have originally used like Alias suggests.
