What are the rules IE6 uses to include or not to include a URL into the drop-down list in the aldres

In the drop-down list of the Adress box in IE6 there URL I visited
previously. But not all of them and not latest of them.
What are the rules IE6 uses to include or not to include a URL into this
list?

The address drop-down list usually keeps only the URLs that are manually
typed into it.

These URLs are stored in the registry here:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\TypedURLs

IIRC, there's a limit of around 25 that can be stored.

Nifty free program that can help you manage these:

Which drop-down list? The one which opens when you start typing
(aka AutoSuggest) or the one which opens if you press F4
(aka TypedURLs)?
