what are the requirements to install office xp pro in a system?

This is siva from Andhra Pradesh.When I was installing Office XP Professinal

" Error 2503" displyed .I couldn`t complete that installation.
What are requirements to install office xp pro ?.
Here the system is IBM 300GL with windows 2000 professional.
