I read that a few times. I'll answer the question I could decipher from the
subject:

Microsoft has no rules specifically prohibiting or encouraging
cross-posting.

Beyond that - your message body remonds me of the emails that get sent to my
junk folders automagically.. almost rando words that seem to make a
sentence until something strange tgets thrown in. heh
