Tried unseccessfully twice to post a thread on the Win 7 software forum. Any advice on what I might be doing wrong?

If you're still having problems. Post your problem here and one of the Mods will move it over to Windows 7 forum.
 
I can't post the exact words because it won't have it. I'm asking if Pre-Win 7 software will operate with Win 7 32 or 64-bit? Eg, Soundforge 9, Sonar 6, Autocad 2006 and a few others. I intend to upgrade my PC and don't really want to have to buy new versions of the software.
