Hi,

I had the black/blue screen problem few days ago for the 1st time.
Finally, yesterday, the System Restore worked fine and I got back the
normal mode configuration. Next, I did open the IE and one file with
no problem. Then thing got frozen and remained so for hours!

Someone told me that I should have re-booted the machine when I got
the normal mode configuration FIRST.

Do you think that what I should have done? Explain please?

Thanks,
Mike

System Restore will place back several important system files /
configurations back to the time the System Restore was taken. This
may include several configurations / files used for the System Restore
routine, A reboot would then use the restored settings correctly.
