What about winpopup.exe in Windows XP!

I would like to know, where can I find winpopoup.exe or
the file who replaced it in Windows XP.

it is done at the command prompt now go to run on ur
start menu and run cmd at the command prompt appears type
ipconfig and hey presto there is ur infomation

the very simple program NTPopup from
