So Curry’s are going to put their name on all Dixon’s store’s [yes I know they are the same company] the cost of this procedure is a cool £7 Million.

Strange waste of ££££?? As Dixon’s will still retain their name on products.

£7 million is a helluva tax write off when you're making too much profit ;)

They won't lose, they'll gain, no matter how ludicrous it may appear to you and I.

Accountancy may be dull, but it pays well ;)

All rather funny really, i was a very junior dogsbody/slave of Currys back in the mid 80's when Dixons did not want to be associated with the downmarket Currys even though we were all part of the DSG group that owns both, Oh so things have changed then & it's going to cost them so much ££

Agreed Flops:thumb: the difference being when I where in buisness I would give to charity/s as it serves the same purpose;) [Tax Relief ] don`t know if it still does though? and that is what  me.

I believe the charity rules still apply.

One of my biggest customers in the past, Ashridge Management College (do a Google) are actually registered as a charity.

And they have a huge budget, which they have to use up as technically they are a non-profit making organisation.

And nope, I don't understand it either......

Was actually invited back there in February, I'm on the books again, so maybe, just maybe, I be back there again soon.
