WGA Notification Install Wizard

How do I stop the WGA Notification - Install Wizard to stop showing up? I
ran through the wizard and it finishes fine. After I re-boot it the wizard
keeps showing up. I have completed the steps several times but it keeps
coming back. Any ideas on how to fix this?
