Western Digital Raptor WD740GD SATA

Hello guys :

I've got a small problem. I'm usin an ASUS P4S8X Mainboard. Today
tried to connect the WD Raptor to one of the SATA ports on th
mainboard. Well the mainboard does not detect the drive, I set al
ATA options to enabled, but the drive does not show up on boot
Windows does not detect it neither
Anyone else experienced problems with the ASUS P4S8X series and SAT
drives

You sure its actually spinning up ?
