WES: Problems with Documents and Settings Folder

Hi

I have a problem to define "Documents and Settings" Folder to be in drive D:

In the target settings I define for the Documents and Settings Folder
"D:\Documents and Settings". After building the Image I have a DriveD Folder
in the build directory containing the Documents and Settings Folder. On the
target I did two partitions and copy all except the DriveD to the first
partition and the content from DriveD to the secondary partition.

All seems to working well, but after FBA and login as Administrator, there
is a Documents and Settings Folder in the C drive containing the profile for
the administrator... On the D drive the Documents and Settings folder does
exist, but seems to be untouched...

Is there another place to define the destination folder for Documents and
Settings or is this a 'feature' from WES?
