Welcome screen vanished

Since a view days my PC only boots 1 of the 4 accounts and does not show
the welcome screen anymore.
By using ctrl/alt/del I can reach the welcome screen and select one of the
other accounts but I want the welcome screen back after a normal boot up.
The operating system on my machine is Windows Vista Ultimate.
What can I do to solve this problem ?

Hi Shawn,
The automatic logon is not set !
Also whether I use passwords or not , no users show up in the welcome menu.
