Peter

I put a password in my computer recently and restarted to
see if it worked I put in the password and it didn't work
at all. I am not able to get on my computer now and
unfortunatly do not have a second user account but only
one. I do no have one of those disks. The hint doesn't
help because I know the password but it doesn't work.
What can I do to get into my computer and change the
password to a diffrent one?

Thanks for the Help

Try booting in SAFE MODE (reboot your system, and start tapping the F8-key)
When the text options list comes up, choose SAFE MODE.

This mode will be very plain, and look strange if you've never seen it
before, but it will allow you to change your normal account information.

Are you sure you didn't type your password with capslock on? When you made
it?

Good luck,
