Welcome Screen Changed

[Clueless]

When I turn on computer, the welcome screen has changed.
There are no icons, pictures or user accounts/names.
Background is blue, and just says "welcome".
Any ideas?

You cannot log on to Windows XP after you remove Wsaupdater.exe:
