I would like to know if anyone knows how to create a master list that would allow me to import an excel data base into access; for example, create one design, once created, I would like to import into access the list of names into the one design and have the program expand the number of entries into a multiple number of entries using the same design; does anyone know how to do this in access? I hope this makes any sense!

Not enough sense for me, at any rate. I can't figure out what you mean.
Could you give some concrete examples?
