Welchia virus and SP4

We recently installed the hotfix to stop the vulnerability
that Welchia exploits. We are now about to install SP4.
We need to know if SP4 includes that hotfix, or if we will
need to install it again. Thanks for your help.
 
Yes, you need to put the patch, and all other patches
which are after SP4, in. common sense:
Get date of SP
Get dates of all patches.
List the ones published after SP4 was published
Put them in.
 
No, you do not have to reapply either MS03-026 or MS03-
039. Rob is incorrect on this and has been stating so for
ages.
