Weird Word Error

When using a template on a wireless notebook, after a
while user gets message:

Wordhas lost data due to bad network connection or
missing floppy. Documents relying on this data are going
to be saved and then closed.

Usually after this happens the document is partially
garbled. The notebook is XP Pro/XP Office and the
majority of the templates are Word 97.

Anyone have a clue why this happens?????

If you have all of your custom templates saved to a
network resource and the user is offline then it is
explainable. Try getting the user to either copy the
templates locally or set the templates folder as an
offline folder.
