Weird white box in sent emails

Hello
I have a problem. I get a weird empty white box in my messages that have been sent. I don't know what it is
It looks like a text box of some sort, but you can't get it off and it is showing up in some of the emails that people
are receiving
I have one that I can show anyone that wants to see it
I really need help to find out what it is. Maybe in the options I need to click on something
I have Office 2003 and I love it, I use the word editor for the emails
