Weird "security" error...

Okay, I'm on my usual search engine, Dogpile, and suddenly a day or so ago it
stopped letting me search. IE gives me this error saying "Your current
security settings do not allow you to send HTML forms." Ludicrous!

Anyway, I know the computer is wrong, but it doesn't seem to know it. All
my security settings, ALL of them are set to Enable, so I know for a fact I
haven't disabled this. Problem is, I don't see a single security setting
pertaining to this, so I'm completely confused.

How doI get rid of this problem completely?

Didn't work. I still get the error. In fact, after doing that, I wasn't
able to even post anything via this web site to the newsgroup until I changed
it back.

Hi,
Are you running any third-party security programs such as a firewall? If the
OS is WinXP, try enabling the Windows Firewall and disabling the other- as a
test. Check settings in other privacy/security programs to see if one of
them is the culprit.

How about Internet Options> Security> Internet Zone> Custom> Submit
nonencrypted form data- enable?

Hope this helps,

No third-party security. In fact, I'm not running anything from Windows
either (and don't know how to anyway, not that I want to really).

For the Submit Non-encrypted Form Data, it is set to Enable. The last
person suggested that I try to disable it, which I did try, but it didn't fix
the problem so I put it back on Enable. Either way, I can't get in.
Especially weird since I know the site is safe, it's a search engine, and a
big one at that (Dogpile). I don't know many other places to find HTML
forms, though, so I can't really test it.

Update: I tried setting Submit Non-encrypted Form Data to Enable under
Restricted sites, and suddenly I could use it again. Funny thing is, I then
went to remove it from the list, AND IT ISN'T THERE. Basically, the computer
is treating www.dogpile.com as a Restricted Site even though it's not on the
list, and I can't figure out why.

Do other search engines work for you?
How about google.com
vivisimo.com
altavista.com
teoma.com
yahoo.com
