Weird Problems!!!

I downloaded the program on 2 different computers..Then
Recomended this program to my sister to put on her new
computer and she called "mad" and said her computer is
going crazy..giving different error messeges. Biggest
thing is that is is counting down and shutting off..Can't
restor. or get online. or backup any pics or docs...I
look like a idiot!!! please if anyone has any problems
like this and knows how to repair it..Let me know
ASAP...thanks
 
It reminds me of a time I deleted a essential windows
file because it was infected with a virus then anytime i
booted up i got the message NT Authority has authorised a
shutdown in 60 seconds and it couldnt be stopped it gave
60 secs to fix or it would reboot then reboot again &
again , i gave up and did a fresh install as i didnt even
note the file id deleted , im not sure if you problem is
similar but if it is get your windows cd put it in the
drive goto start and run and type SFC /SCANNOW then press
enter,this is the windows system file checker and will
check for any missing or damaged files & replace them if
they are needed but you need your windows disk for this.

Shane, if your sister is in the United States or Canada, have her call
Microsoft PSS's free support line for virus or security issues:

1-866-pcsafety

Have her explain that she removed spyware with Microsoft antispyware and
describe the result. They should be able to help her out.
