weird problem

As asked in previous posts about radeon 9700 quittubg to desktop,rebooting
etc ( please read posts), Have decided that this problem i just happening in
maxpayne as far as i can tell ! i can leave quake3 on all night and no
problems , just seems to be Payne/halo , so whats up ?

Have you checked the temperature of your video card when it crashes? I
had to put in a PCI slot fan below my card to get it cool enough. When
running programs like Morrowind you can feel the hot air coming out of
the fan.
