Weird Netmeeting Error

My computer currently has all of the latest pathes and updates. When I launch Netmeeting and click on the Directory button, the Directory window does not appear on my desktop. It does appear in the taskbar though. The only way that I can get the directory to appear is to right-click on the Directory icon in the task bar and maximize the window. I cannot resize this window. This is an annoyance more than anything

Is there any way to reset Netmeeting profile without affect the setting in the other Office products?

What you are saying is that the directory windows opens minimized? Is it
perhaps opening underneath and is obscured by other windows ( minimize all
others one at a time to determine).

As far as I can tell I don't see this phenonmenon -- the directory page
opens on top of other windows and is resizable by using the maximize button
or by grabbing or dragging the edges or corners of the window.

I am not sure what you are saying "other Office products" -- NetMeeting is
unrelated to Office and as far as I know is not the root cause of whatever
you are seeing.
