When I try to add a record using a form I am getting the message:

Invalid input parameter values. Check the status values for details.

What does it mean?

This does not sound like a "built in" message. It sounds more like a message
that has been added to your system by a programmer. If it's the latter,
you'd have to ask the programmer, or check the User Manual for your system,
if there is one.

HTH,

Yeah, but only problem is that I am the programmer!

I performed a search of the project and no message like that appears
anywhere.

Ok! But I've never heard of "Invalid input parameter values. Check the
status values for details." It truly does not sound like an Access message,
to me.

Can you narrow it down at all? Perhaps diasable the form module (in total,
or procedure by procedure.)

HTH,
TC

PS. are you sure it's not a Validation Rule defined in a table? (That would
not show up in a code search.)

HTH,
TC

I gave up in the end and just re-built the form.

Works ok now.

Rather like "just restart and it will be ok".

Thx anyway.
