weird issues with keyboard, please read

I've been having issues lately with my surfing the web.
sometimes while writing, I will randomly have everything
typing as if I was pushing down on shift. for example:
when I try to type www.gamefaqs.com, it comes out as
WWW>GAMEFAQS>COM
I was wondering how to solve this as it is becoming very
annoying.
 
Sounds to me like your "shift" key is stuck or broken. Try
tapping a fwe times. If that does not do it, try a keyboad
that you know works, plug it in if it has the same
problem, then it is not your keyboard. If you don't have a
spare keyboard lying aroud, pugase one. They stat as low
as$10.00.
