Weird green links on EVERY website

recently i am getting links on EVERY website i go to. the links are on random
words and are light green and underlined...when i move the pointer over them
in the bottom left it says "Sponsored Link" if i click on it i get a weird
popup from an ip address like this
"http://69.42.87.214/cgi-bin/ezlclk.fcgi?id=9537" then a site that says
"popupsearches.com" i have microsoft antispyware installed and the
microsoft internet security installed....but this problem is on EVERY webpage
so i am wondering if it is spyware or a virus or what as i am writing this
there are about 3 on this page...how do i rectify this??????

Hi,
Try these steps:
Look in add/remove programs for ezula, ad text, top text, hot text or
anything else that you didn't deliberately install and uninstall those
programs.

Run MS AntiSpyware twice from safe mode. To startup in safe mode (WinXP,

Download and run CWShredder, Ad-aware and Spybot.
