I have a folder called = = d v d r = = on my server. Looks like someone has
put this folder here and copied movies to the folder. The problem is I
can't delete it. It tells me access is denided. I check and I do have full
rights to that root folder. The weird thind is the sub folders don't show a
security tab, so I don't know what the properties are for the sub folders.
How can I delete these folders? If there are long files, how can I convert
them so I can delete them?

Please help

The file(s) may be in use by another program

Try to start up in Safe Mode and delete the folder(s)/file(s).

They likely have leading spaces. Select one of the folders and right click choose rename. It will highlight and show you the space(s) if in fact that is the case. Go to the knowledge base and search on "leading spaces" w/o the quotes. Then use rd instead of del as the article that talks about this issue says to use. You will need to know EXACTLY how the folder is named. You use the same method above to determine the EXACT name of the folders with all the spaces in them.
