Weird Bullets Display

I had previously thought this was an XP problem because I suspected it
had happened in an update. However, I'm now thinking it may be an IE
problem.

Instead of seeing bullets on webpages, I'm getting the greek lambda
character. Help!
 
Thanks - I'll check in to that. Maybe try to reload that font. I can
see it, yet perhaps the file is somehow corrupted.
