I have one user who keeps on getting appointment email send to her inbox with
blank subject. She is the only attendee. This is happening on a daily basis.
What could be creating these appointment and how can I make it go away?

thanks

Hi Judy,

Here is the detail.

The appointment originator is herself.
The appointment just shows up in the deleted items folder. (what I stated
befoe was incorrect)
She gets this from once to multiple times a day. It is not consistent.
Outlook is Office 2003 XP2
Exchange is 2003 SP2

Sounds like a process is creating an appointment and accepts the appointment
automatically and then dump the appointment email in her deleted items older.
But the appointment is no where to be found on the calendar.

From Nikki Petersen, MVP:

Sounds like the Calendar Folder may be corrupt.
I would make a pst of the calendar items.
Delete the System Calendar from the server. (I use the Ffolder utility)
Delete the OST.
Rebuild the System folder using the /ResetFolders switch.

I had a similar problem a few years ago with a client. This corrected
the problem.

Nikki

I hope this helps you at least a little bit!
