Hi,

When I enter an invalid URL such as www.yhdrf.com, the
browser displays 'The page cannot be displayed' and the
Address bar becomes 'http:///? www.yhdrf.com'

Why does IE append /?%20 to the front of my intended URL?
I thought my URL shouldn't be changed at all? Please help
me. Thanks!

Warmest Regards,
Edgar eds_or(removethis)@yahoo.com

Ed, that looks to me like spyware...

Some parasite is trying to monitor your progress around the web and report
back to it's HQ if that's the case, and the programmer has forgotten to
allow for trash URLs...

By all means wait for other opinions but read up here to see if anything
sounds familiar, it is a thing which is growing more common all the time, if
you get stuck ask again, that's why the groups are here. What one of us
doesn't think of the others usually do..
