A colleague has asked for help that is beyond my skill to give. I'm not
even sure that what she wants is possible. Here's the setup.
We run Outlook 2003 on Windows XP SP2 with Office 2000. She has some
templates stored in her file system that she sends weekly, say Friday.
Sometimes she forgets or is too busy, so she wants to automate the process.
The ideal would be a macro that ran, say, every Friday at 2pm without
human intervention that automatically sent the templates (which are
pre-addressed and do not change their wording).
Second best would be a macro that sent the templates that I could attach
to a toolbar button. But avoiding relying on her being free to do the job
would be a lot better.
Any help will be gratefully received.
