Weeknumbers in Outlook

The weeknumbers shown in Outlook are not according the ISO standard.
Weeknumber 1 in 2005 starts in 2004. This had to be weeknumber 53. Is
there a way to select the date model?
 
Change the calendar options to use First 4-day week.
