weekly printing format - outlook 2007

we recently installed 2007 and when printing the weekly calendar we want it
to look the same as it did in 2003....specifically we want the week to start
with Monday and we want the days to go down the first column and then
continued to the second column:

monday thursday
tuesday friday
wednesday saturday
sunday

I have already installed the calendar printing assistant, and we were able
to get the week to start with monday, but it is still not printing the days
in the order we would prefer to see. is there a way to do this? thanks

There is no view of that type in OuUtlook 2007. It has been removed.
 
Unfortunately the view in the CPA is the only planner option available and
it can't be changed AFAIK.
