The latest weekly newsletter was just distributed (kind of).... #15 is
devoted to the use of text in PhotoStory.
Here's my problem with this week's distribution.... about 100 people on my
mailing list may not receive it and I have no way of knowing who they are.
My ISP (CharterMi) is changing their e-mail handling processes as they
migrate their mail servers from CharterMi to Charter.
Two weeks ago I changed from using CharterMi to using the Charter mail
server and was assured I could send an e-mail to as many as 100 people. That
worked fine for last week's newsletter, but today I got an error message
about there being too many..... I called and found the rule has changed
again, going back to a limit of 20 instead of 100, and there's no way to
determine which ones got thru and which ones didn't.
It's August and many are on vacation. And this issue is devoted to
PhotoStory, so Movie Maker users may not miss it.
I'm not sure where I'm going with this mass-mailing process. It's my first
time managing such a list, and I'm taking it one step at a time. If anyone
misses the issue, drop me a note and I'll be happy to mail you one apart
from the mass mailing.
