Weekly meeting in alternating locations

Hello All,

I have a large weekly meeting (20 attending) that must
alternate between two locations. My plan was to build two
bi-weekly meetings, one in the first location and one in
the second. Is there a way to copy the first meeting, so I
don't have to recreate everything one person at a time?

Is there a better way than that to handle the need to move
the meeting around?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
 
I have found A solution to this problem, although it may
not be the ideal solution.

First, I opened a single instance of the meeting I had
booked EVERY OTHER week in the location I was able to find
for those weeks.

I then clicked on the scheduling tab and "pretended" I
wanted to "Add Others". This opened our local address
book. I highlighted (you have to do this from bottom to
top) the "Required" people listed there and copied them
into a new distribution list that I named for the meeting
group. I repeated this for the "Optional" people, copying
them to the same distribution list.

Finally I opened a new meeting plan, and invited the
distribution list to the meeting with the new location for
the weeks where the first meeting room couldn't be used.
