Am using a JVC myself. Firewire connection used to connect to PC.

JFI,

I personally use Sony older model for casual purposes, and am seeking for a
higher end for our online business.

During my research, I found Canon seems to have a higher "review" on many
models for which I might purchase for the business use.

I guess most brands are pretty much the same for the general purposes, but
since I am not an expert so I certainly could be wrong.

Good luck.
