I use Outlook 2002 w Win XP on a stand-alone PC.

My calendar view is the 5-day. I've noticed that some appointment
appear on the page with the start and end times showing in the text an
some do not. How do I control whether I see this in the display?

It does not seem to be a function of whether an appointment i
recurring or not.

Thanks,
Dav

I think the start and end times only appear on the screen in the Work Week
view if they are not lined up exactly with the time scale you have showing.
For example, if you are using the 30-minute time scale (which would show
8:00, 8:30, 9:00, 9:30, etc.), an appointment that starts at 8:00 and ends
at 9:00 would not show the start and end times in the text, but an
appointment that starts at 8:15 and ends at 9:15 would show the times.
