Nintendo's Wii console goes on sale at midnight this evening at selected UK stores.

That's how you pronounce it isn't it? Wee :confused: Stoopid name but the console looks good.

Anybody here getting one? Costs £180.00

They do look fun and very intuitive however I doubt it very much. I've invested far too much money in these two machines already to go spending on a console i would hardly use

although i dont have one cause they sold out in the states :(
but have played it quite a few times and i enjoy playing golf on it.
 
They were going for £500+ on day of release....:rolleyes:
 
I was told its kind of like the Eyetoy for playstation but a bit more snazzy.

Friend got given one through work & got offered silly money to sell it, but decided to give it a go at home.
Seems he has got the flu or something as he's been off for 4 days, or as we think he has just become a gamer!
 
if i had one, im sure i would have a "flu" at the same time :D
