Want to make show for wedding rehearsal using photos of bride and groom
growing up...will be around 100 photos plus will add backsground music. Is
this program the one to use? Also, what at the ros and cons of final show?

Should be ideal. I wd suggest sorting photos out first and getting the sizes
similar, so that they will fade into each other gently, sounds a great idea!
 
Yes, you can download the free Microsoft Photo Story 3 and get a lot of

The pros: easy to use and great if you present your slide show on a PC
screen.
The cons: not so great if you want to display the file on a TV screen using
a copy of the file on a CD and playing it to a TV with a DVD player.

Better quality to display on a TV screen by copying the file to a DVD disk
using a DVD burner (if you have such) and playing it to a TV with a DVD
player would be:

Photo Story 3 is capable of *excellent* DVD-quality "Ken Burns Effect"
animated slide shows.

To produce them, you must create a high-resolution .wmv file from
Photo Story. A resolution of 1280x960 produces fine results.

Then import the .wmv into Nero Express 3 and burn a DVD.

The results are so superior to using the "DVD" resolution of Photo Story
with the Sonic add-in that you will be delighted. It looks like a
professional DVD in terms of resolution.

Photo2DVD Studio is a great one for making wedding slide show on DVD
with varity transitions and music. And i would also recommend another
slideshow program like Wondershare Flash Slideshow Builder. I've used
it a lot specifically for Flash wedding photo galleries and it's
extremely easy to use unlike regular Flash. For more details, see
