Hi,
I'm a professional wedding photographer and present my
viewings in PowerPoint 2002, the transitions and music
timings are really good. The question I have is can I
burn the presentation to DVD? I have clients who do not
own pc's so pack and go is not an option for them. Sales
of the wedding and portrait shows have increased 10 fold
this year and I really need DVD support.
Thanks in anticipation Barry.

Unfortunately, going to DVD/CD right now, your limited to the antiquated PowerPoint Viewer, which does not allow for all the special effects that are available in PowerPoint 2002. Later this year, date unknown, Microsoft intends to release PowerPoint 2003, along with a new viewer. The only other alternative right now, is to use a program, like Tech Smith Corporations Camtasia and then burn your CD/DVD

See the information at http://www.soniacoleman.com/FAQs/FAQ00140.htm

I've just purchased Easy CD & DVD Creator, and am going to use it myself for
situations similar to yours. You can "author" a DVD with video clips and
still pictures and include a menu with DVD navigation, etc. It seems made
just for you and the price is excellent for what it offers.

Hi Sonia

Thank You for the faq section. Adam Crowley recommends
the use of Ulead DVD Picture show, however, can you
still import several pictures per page with transitions,
as you can with Powerpoint?

Thanks

Christina
