WebWasher Vs Mailwasher - function overlap?

I have MailWasher installed on my PC and I learned about WebWasher on this
forum. I'm a little confused about function overlap. Do I need both?

Also, the WebWasher site offers 2 versions -
1) WebWasher Classic v3.3 which has a page describing functions
that doesn't mention MailWasher functionality. So I assume I would need
Mailwasher for this.

2) BUT! there is also MailWasher version 2.2.1 There is no
information on this version on the Website. Does anyone know what functions
this version contains? Might I be better served by loading this one rather
than Classic 3.3?

Any advice greatly appreciated.

No overlap. Use them both. Webwasher filters adds/url's while surfing
the net; Mailwasher filters spam email.
