Why not have two sections for Webware and treat it similar to the free
sections. Such as, make yearly picks but include an almost
comprehensive list of free webware that exists on the net.

Surely this has been discussed before, however, lets open the topic
from the standpoint that it might be valuable to have an authoritative
virtually complete index of webware as I believe this would be a unique
and valuable resouce for surfers.

I have a number of URLs to add to the single Webware page we have now
and haven't had the time to do it. :(

OTOH a "virtually complete index of Webware" *could* be created in the
ACF wiki by those who have a special interest and some free time to
devote to such a project. :)
