(not to be confused with watchthispage.com)

Haven't tried this one yet, but I'm eager to: watchthatpage.com. Free
service for emailing you diffs of webpages every day. I'm betting this
is going to be great for adding non-RSS'd webpages to my Bloglines
reader.

There used to be a service called RoboFetch (http://www.robofetch.com/), but
that seems to have been purchased by ChangeDetect which is a "web page
monitoring" service. ChangeDetect is partially free, but like so many other
services you must pay for the "advanced features".

This is also useful: probably the only free web service to generate
RSS feeds from a non-RSS'd webpage:

http://feedfire.com

Just signed up yesterday, so not sure how well it works yet. But it
got a good review at Robin Good.
