Is there some way that when i go to some website 2nd or 3rd time I can see
some information about that website which has been created by myself on 1st
visit so that I can recall what the site is about and what did I notice
something special or important at that site.
One way is perhaps create my own webpage and put all the links and little
description there and then proceed to various websites from there or is there
some other smarter way??? thanks a lot

Your post is a bit confusing, but if I understand you correctly you'd
like to make a page with links. You certainly can do this. Use an html
editor to create a webpage - you don't even need to host it anywhere
but on your own computer. I use Mozilla Composer because it is free and
easy, but there are other html editors - Google for them.

Basically you would create your page with the links and then write
whatever comments about those links you want. If you create the links
with the html editor, those links will be live and will open in your
default web browser when you click on them.
