Website won't open

This happened to me once before and I ended up being able to fix it myself,
but completely forgot what I had ended up doing.

I tried to go to a certain website, which I had already been on earlier in
the day, and it now won't open. Everything else works fine, it's just this
website. I've tried deleting all temp internet files and cookies already. I
also reset my web settings. Nothing had worked so far. Hoping someone on here
can help me.
 
what's the site that you're trying to access? are you using a firewall that
would prevent you from accessing that site?
 
I shut off the firewall and tried it again, still nothing. It's the
ticketmaster website, the last thme this happened to me it was my college's
website.

Go to Start | Run and type
ipconfig /flushdns
and press <Enter>.
