Can anyone help? All of a sudden the kodakgallery.com stopped loading
correctly on IE. At first I thought maybe the site was under construction,
but I used a different pc and it was fine. This is the only website that does
this that I've found. I've updated and ran my virus protection, emptied
cookies, reinstalled my ISP software, and reinstalled Shockwave and Flash.
Nothing works. But when I downloaded Firefox, the website comes up fine.
I've been through technical support with Kodak and Juno, and no one can help
me.

I think you've found your solution: Firefox. Unfortunately, there is no
SIMPLE way to completely uninstall and reinstall IE.

Clear your IE browser cache and see if that makes any difference.

You mean delete the Temp Internet files? I tried that too. I am not
completely opposed to switching to Firefox, but it just makes me think
something is even more wrong than just the one page not loading. I seem to be
getting way too many errors now on IE. All the secure sites keep coming up
with "Revocation certificate cannot be authenticated. Do you want to proceed:
Yes, No, View/Install Certificate" I'm not sure about all that. Thanks for
your help.

Check your settings in IE>Internet Options>Tools>Advanced>Security

check for publishers certificate revocation (mine is enabled)
check for server certification revocation (mine is disabled)

That seems to have fixed the certificate error. Thanks. I guess I'll just
keep using firefox for the kodak site.
