Website unable to load

I installed MS spyware and am having problems viewing a web site, it will
not load. I tried to put it in the trusted sites in IE and still nothing.
Is there any place I can put it in MS spyware? If not will this be an
option? This web site works fine as long as MS spyware is not running.

If this is true:

CAUSE
There are known spyware programs that install layered
service providers (LSPs) on client computers to gather
user data. When Windows AntiSpyware (Beta) removes
spyware programs, it also removes the spyware-based LSPs.
However, Windows AntiSpyware (Beta) does not restore any
LSPs after it removes the spyware.

Then shouldn't the tool have the ability to
perform "netsh winsock reset" for you after it scans to
avoid this problem. Heh.. I'm sure it would help a lot of
people out with internet connection issues as some people
assume right off the bat that there dropped internet
connection is because of spyware then decide to use the
Anti-spyware tool to see if it resolves the issue.
