Website Ticket Purchase Transaction Trouble

I went to the website for my local theatre to purchase tickets as I have done
in the past, but now I have SP2 installed (just over the last weekend) and I
get as far as the invitation on the page to purchase tickets but the options
don't materialize as they have in the past. Are they being inhibited somehow
by SP2? I know I had to allow popups on the Microsoft website in order to
post a question here, is this something similar? Thanks for any help you can
give me.

Make sure your firewall is not blocking port 443. See also

Thank you for your suggestion. As soon as I thought "firewall" I decided to
uninstall the EZ Armor firewall I had and now I'm just using the one provided
in the SP2 package. That seemed to stop my problem. Thanks again.
