website shortcuts in favorites

When I save a website in my favorites the icon from the website is displayed
but then after a day it goes away and goes back to the E icon. What setting
do I use to keep the website Icons displayed.

Download FavOrg, which will protect your icons in a separate folder.
(You have to do an online scan, which can also identify bad links.)
Although Kelly's is an XP website, FavOrg can be used on other types
