Just out of interest. What website are you try to access?

It helps those answering your questions if you provide your operating system
and service pack information (e.g. Windows XP SP2) and your browser with
version number.

thanks for your reply,after i posted yesterday i had a tinker and added the
website(www.thisisplymouth) as a trusted site which seems to have fixed the
problem.i am running windows xp and internet ex 7.thanks once again for your
